Morningside OSHC is managed by the Morningside State School Parents and Citizens Association. Morningside OSHC is committed to providing a quality service to parents and the community. Our services include providing care for Prep to Grade 6 children at Morningside State School during Before School Care, After School Care, Vacation Care, and Pupil Free Days.
Hours of Operation
Before School Care: 6:30am - 8:30am
After School Care: 3:00pm - 6:00pm
Vacation Care: 6:30am - 6:00pm
Pupil Free Day: 6:30am - 6:00pm
Activity Program
Our service program offers a balanced approach to learning and development, combining structured daily activities with child-led learning and play. Children have opportunities to participate in a variety of physical activities, including games and sports, recreational play, cooking experiences, and access to quiet spaces for rest and relaxation. Activities are thoughtfully planned and, where appropriate, separated by age group to ensure they reflect children's developmental stages, abilities and interests. This approach supports meaningful engagement, encourages positive social interactions and allows children to build confidence, develop new skills and learn through play in a supportive and inclusive environment.
All staff members have current blue cards, up-to-date child protection training, first aid and CPR qualifications and qualified leadership staff with educators studying related fields.

Our enrolments are now completely online and able to be completed at home through KangarooTime. To start the enrolment process, simply make an enquiry today through the “New to MSS OSHC" tab on our website (link below). Once our team has seen and accepted your enquiry, you'll receive a link to complete your enrolment sent directly to your email. If you have any issues during this process, our team is here to help.
