At Morningside, we offer an inclusive model of service provision for students with disability. As such, students are in regular classes with their peers. The support model is individualised to each student and may consist of a combination of support options including teacher/teacher aide support in the regular classroom, individual one-on-one support or small group support across the school day.
Key to our inclusive education model at Morningside State School is a team approach for students with special needs helping to ensure successful participation in learning with their peers. As such each student and their family becomes a valued member of the whole school community.
